Prerequisites for the installation of Stream Analytics tools

This following development environment setup is needed in order to start working with Azure Stream Analytics jobs using Visual Studio:

Visual Studio supported versions: Visual Studio 2017/2015 (Enterprise, Professional, or Ultimate, and Community Edition), Visual Studio 2013 updated with Edition 4 (all Editions except Express), or VS 2012 Enterprise
