Deploy Azure VMs using ARM

For any organization to deliver software at a faster pace, infrastructure automation must be part of their delivery chain. Infrastructure automation provides the ability to create and configure the infrastructure required for deploying applications in a completely scripted manner. Azure provides abundant options to create and configure infrastructure for Windows and non-Windows platforms. Azure Resource Manager (ARM) is one such feature.
