Technology buyers have long been wary of vendor lock in, a situation where the technology vendor's solution is proprietary and a walled garden that the vendor can use to effectively extort continued use. Fortunately, the Domo platform is built on the philosophy that the data is the customer's data and they should be able to use their data with whatever technologies they desire or need. While the Domo platform provides the most comprehensive suite of tools and technologies for Business Intelligence (BI) in the industry it still is an open, community friendly platform.
