Distributing via email
The Domo user experience is optimized for mobile consumption but since email is still a heavily used delivery channel, let's learn how to send and schedule content via email.
To send an email on a card, on the 2020-Q4 Sales Miss page, click on the Sales Attainment card, and click the wrench icon. You will see three email options in the drop-down menu: Schedule as Report, Send Now, and Send / Export. Let's take a closer look.
Option 1 – Schedule as Report
Follow these steps to schedule a report to be emailed:
- The first option is to click the Schedule as Report option, which opens the Schedule report dialog, as shown in the following screenshot:

- Change the email's Subject line if desired, set the schedule frequency and time of day in terms of UTC, and set a Start date and End date for the distribution period.
