Scenario 2

Rob is the sales manager of the Contoso Corporation. He notices that every time you want to update a vendor record, you need to navigate to the record and then update the fields, and finally save the record. Suppose the vendor has changed his phone number or email; it has to be updated on the CRM record. If there are many vendor records that require updates such as this, it will take a lot of time to navigate to each record and then update the record. Rob has the requirement that these basic fields should be updated from the view itself.
