Part 4:Biological and Statistical Variables and Frameworks, and a Final Practical Project from the Field of Biology
Part 4 is about biology and biotech research combined with Python. You will learn about the structure of biological variables and how to combine them with Python biostatistics implementations. Another important topic of Part 4 is understanding of statistical frameworks in life sciences, frequentist and Bayesian methods, and their differences.
At the end of Part 4, there is a hands-on exercise that involves performing structural equation modeling for biology research. The main topic of the project is molecular biology data, and it involves analyzing protein relations in mice.
