Developer relations as a service
Tracy Lee: We offer support in so many different ways. If a company doesn't have a developer relations team in place, and is trying to get into a market, we can help it to do that. It's hard to get into the cloud market, for example, if you don't know anybody.
We create good relationships for companies and offer genuine entry into a market.
Once the company is established in the market, it may ask, "Who would be a good representation of our brand?" In such a case, we might recommend different developer advocates who we believe to be well liked and well connected within that particular market.
When companies we work with already have a developer relations strategy, a marketing strategy, and/or a strong PR firm on board, we offer to augment and support their programs. We take organizations in their current states, and we try to figure out how we can triple the impact of everything that they're doing.
