Understanding the Atlas UI framework
Atlas UI is a design framework built by Mendix to give the same ease of use to UI/UX design as Studio Pro gives to app development. You can intuitively design your app's user interface with ready-to-use widgets, page templates, building blocks, and even entire app templates. Atlas UI was built on three design principles:
- Simplicity
- Harmony
- Flexibility
The full details of the Atlas UI framework and its available design devices can be found at atlas.mendix.com. You are also encouraged to explore the various templates available from the Create Page screen. For now, let's add a few common elements to our newly created Member_Overview page.
