To get the most out of this book

This book is designed to guide organization digital transformation and cloud transition. To get the most out of this guide, the main goal should be to design and build architectures supporting specified business or mission use cases. The target should be the use and aggregation of cloud architectures to deploy and securely use business and/or mission software applications.

Conventions used

There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.

CodeInText: Indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: "Please type dyn in the search box"

Bold: Indicates a new term, an important word, or words that you see onscreen. For example, words in menus or dialog boxes appear in the text like this. Here is an example: "At the top of the same page in current view, there is a Text Search box."
