How blockchain and IoT can help in a food chain

To achieve transparency across the ecosystem, we need to connect all entities that are part of it. This does not just pertain to retailers or manufacturers, but to everyone within the system; every member that composes it, from farm to fork, including the final member in this chain, the consumers.
