Pet Theory has an issue with its existing process for document management. Currently, they use multiple document formats within the business and want to rationalize this to use a single unified approach. After some consultation, they decided to transition to Portable Document Format (PDF) so that they could continue to use rich media when sending information electronically to their clients and suppliers.
