Within this topic, we'll learn basic authentication with a simple project. Here, we'll create an example where you'll build a secure REST API. We'll make a project and implement the basic authentication. This will help us to avoid the basic configuration and complete Kotlin config duration. For this project, you must enter your username and password to access the content. This project has no UI and therefore you need to use an HTTP client to test the project.
