In this chapter, you learned how to create serverless notifications using the AWS IoT service. We covered how to implement a live comment system and push notifications for individual users. You already know how to use the AWS IoT Device SDK and how to use the IoT to trigger Lambda functions or to use a Lambda to send messages to an IoT endpoint.
In the next chapter, we will finish the online store, showing how to test our serverless application, followed by the definition of a deployment workflow for development and production environments, and we will finish off by showing what you can (and should) monitor in a serverless solution.
