Visualizations of geospatial data, or any data for that matter, are only useful if they are accessible to the people that need them. Because QuickSight is a web-based tool with a mobile app, there are many ways to grant access to others inside or outside of your organization. For an even easier way to disseminate your geospatial data, you can send the dashboard in email form on-demand or based on a set schedule. The attached PDF documents can be shared or archived for a historical account of how your geospatial data has changed over time.

QuickSight was built from the ground up to be a collaborative platform. Any users with access to AWS and QuickSight can work together on analyses and dashboards to facilitate real-time working sessions and provide a simple way to share your completed work simply by saving it. Of course, there are permission controls to ensure that data is only available to those who are intended to have access to it.
