Setting up 2FA
Two-Factor Authentication, or 2FA, adds a deeper layer of security to your Slack channel. The work that's completed in your workspace is unique and individual to you and your company, and it deserves privacy and security measures to make sure it remains a safe space to work in.
Both members and guests alike can turn on this safety feature on Free, Standard, Plus, and Enterprise Grid plans to prevent passwords from being stolen and allowing public access computers to log into an account.
You can avoid any general member having access to your workspace by creating your company's own Slack "instance," also known as your workspace link, as a private way of signing into the account. For example, if your company's name was Online Geniuses, your Slack "instance" would be https://onlinegeniuses.slack.com/
