Task 3 – technical architecture and strategy
The preceding findings will give you an overview of what you might want to consider when building the technical architecture and strategy. Therefore, take the findings from the previous task and define the following things:
- How could a typical stakeholder of your solution benefit from it?
- What are you considering as its success factors?
- Which metrics can be defined to measure this and what could the alternatives be when they are not met?
- Do you want to use one or multiple cloud providers?
- What is your target platform?
- Which deployment strategy do you want to follow?
- Which technologies could help you in achieving your goals?
- How many environments/stages do you need and what purpose do they serve?
