Roles and responsibilities
There are key roles within service catalog management, including process owner, process manager, and process practitioner. As discussed in Chapter 5, there are common responsibilities for every process owner and process manager. There are some key responsibilities that the service catalog management roles need to consider. With regard to the service catalog management process owner, this role needs to ensure that policies related to a service and the service catalog are clearly defined. The process owner will work with the service portfolio management process owner to develop a consistent policy for the service and the content of the service catalog.
