Technical requirements
To follow the examples in this book, you must publish any application shared before in the book, or one of your own, and use it so that it has activity. For the Application Insights section, you need an Azure subscription to configure the service.
Access to a functioning Power Platform environment is necessary in order to install the provided examples or create new ones. The Power Platform developer environment appears to be the most suitable solution for this purpose. In previous chapters, you will see steps about how to obtain access to such an environment.
We will utilize two platforms:
- Power Platform admin center: If you set up a developer environment, you will have an account with administrator permissions. On the other hand, Power Apps analytics at the app level was described in the previous chapter. Here, we will focus on the admin center. Two of the analytics services need this access level:

- Dataverse analytics
