Section 3 – case study

1. B – On-premises data gateway. You need to install an on-premises data gateway to automate a Windows desktop application.
2. C – Power Automate approvals. You can use the approvals functionality to handle the authorization of expenses.
3. A and B – Power Automate UI flows and AI Builder. You need AI Builder to process the scanned images of the receipts to extract the data and Power Automate UI flows to automate the entry of the data into the Expenses application.
4. D – SQL Server Connector. The Analytics application holds its data in the on-premises SQL Server instance. The Authorization application read and wrote into this database. The Power Automate approvals flow will need to connect to the on-premises SQL Server instance and record the outcomes of approvals.
