The experience in public transport includes much more than just the route; it is also related to the compliance with the schedules, the interval of the trips, the integration of the lines, and the comfort for the passenger. In this context, stops and stations play a very important role.
The transport system includes the sidewalks, crossings, access, and the interior of the stations, which also consider stops and embarkation and disembarkation points.
