Collecting the correct user feedback


In this section, we will start to collect feedback directly from the users that are using our product.

The best way to understand where the users are struggling with our product is by asking them directly - not just in general, but for every specific feature of our product.

By gathering feedback from our users, we can create a better and clearer path for our product's road map, including the following:

  • The fixes and improvements that we will implement for the next release.
  • New features that users are asking for, and whether they really need them.
  • A clear vision of our product's future.

The main benefit will be customer satisfaction, because we will have a better idea of how our users feel about our product, what their expectations are, and how we can make them happy by improving the product.

There are different ways to collect user feedback; in this section, I will cover a few of them, which you can use on your website, in a web application, or in a mobile application...
