1. Using gdb function breakpoints, conditional breakpoints and the watchpoint, continue, and finish commands, debug ch13_gdb_2.cpp.
2. Use g++ -c -Wall -Weffc++ -Wextra x.cpp -o x.out to build out cpp files ch13_rca*.cpp. What do you see from their warning outputs?
3. Why does static analysis produce false alarms, but dynamic analysis does not?
4. Download ch13_tdd_v2.h/.cpp and perform next phase refactoring. In this phase, we will add a copy constructor, assignment operator, and element-wise operation operators such as +, -, *, /, and more. More specifically, we need to do the following things:
   1. Add the third test case to our test suite, that is, ch13_tdd_Boost_UTF2.cpp.
   2. Add the implementations of these functions to files; for example, ch13_tdd_v2.h/.cpp.
   3. Run the test suite to test them.
