Right now, his main interest is trying to teach his students and clients to understand the immense expanse of tools available for any conceivable task, with his goal being to get people to understand computers as something that is the most formidable tool we, as humanity, have ever had.

Technical requirements

In this chapter, we are going to use the same machine as in all the previous chapters on scripting in this book. Do not be alarmed that there are a couple of screenshots that are made in Windows. They are there just to illustrate a point; you don't need Windows to do anything. Just like earlier, we are using the following:

  • A virtual machine with Linux installed, any distribution (in our case, it's going to be Ubuntu 20.10)
