Create your first Android project

To create a new Android project in Visual Studio, follow these steps:

1. Click on File | New | Project:

2. From the left pane, click on Android and then select Blank App (Android):

3. In the Name section, give a name to the project, select a preferred location for your project, and click on the OK button. You'll get the screen shown in the following screenshot:
