Today, we are bound by a process that no longer matches our industry, nor does it align with industry direction. As stated, consumers express what they believe they require, confining service providers to respond with services they have that match the request. The RFI process allows for some insight to be given, yet is still void of any real collaboration. It is still a version of a question and answer session. If the questions go unasked, or the wrong questions are asked, opportunities for greater insight are missed.
