In this chapter, we learned Dynamics 365 customization features. We discussed how we can create a new entity and create views for that entity. We discussed different data types available in Dynamics 365 CE. We also learned about different types of views available in Dynamics 365 CE and how we can customize views. Further to this, we discussed how we can set up security in Dynamics 365 CE, and learned about customizing security roles. Finally, we discussed how to customize dashboards and charts.
In the next chapter, we are going to discuss how to implement custom business logic for Dynamics 365 CE.
