Mistakes to avoid during platform backlog prioritization

As we looked at some of the challenges that product managers face while prioritizing capabilities for platforms, they also make inevitable mistakes during this process. Most of it is the result or outcome of our approaches that we take for linear products. Because of the multifaceted and multilayered design and nature of platform business, we cannot apply the same methods and techniques for feature prioritization that we use for linear products.
