Working with SharePoint list items

To work with list items, we are first creating a list using the normal user interface. To make things a bit different this time, we are not going to put our list in a normal SharePoint site; we are using Office 365 Group's Team site instead. If you are not familiar with Office 365 Groups yet, you'll find that they are very easy to create. However, the code works just as well with regular SharePoint sites as it does with Office 365 Group's Team site.
