Premium connectors are those that are only available if you subscribe to PowerApps Plan 1 or 2. Premium connectors are still created and supported by Microsoft; therefore, they will work out of the box without any further configuration. Such premium connectors also include external applications such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Survey Monkey, Amazon, and so on. What you should always keep in mind, however, is that you will need to hold a subscription with the service provider, as well as have PowerApps Plan 1 or 2 in order to fully utilize them.
