Qlik introduced a whole new way of loading data with the introduction of Qlik Sense. It is now much easier not only for developers but for any type of user to load and manipulate data from different sources. In this chapter, we described why Data Manager is a key feature that will keep improving and will stay for a long time. We also explained how to load data using the Script Editor and how this compares to Data Manager.
Qlik scripting continues to be very powerful and widely used among technical users. With the introduction of new syntax and function, Qlik has again made the statement that it is here to cater to all types of users.
