Upon checking the RIB, the output clearly indicates that in the event of a P2-P3
link failure, the backup path from P2
to the destination router PE5
avoids using the P2-P7
link. This behavior aligns with the configuration within the same SRLG, where SRLG protection is requested.

and then P7
