Preserving interactive and accessibility features when exporting to PDF
The process of correctly preparing document files for a final version of a printed or digital page takes a lot of planning, consistent use of formatting options, and finally, a thoughtful send-off. We will focus now on settings that complete all components that an accessible file needs. We will start by adding the necessary metadata. Here are the steps:
- From the top menu, select File | File Info….
- Type text in the Document Title: field, and add Author: and Description: information.
- Type text in the Keywords: and Copyright Notice: keywords, if applicable.
- Click OK to save.
