Monitoring process activity
Monitoring is mostly about the current state of process operations and the organization of day-to-day work. Usually, the management is interested in the following:
- How many active processes do we have?
- What is the compliance to deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)?
- What is the workload of the teams?
Management uses these questions to identify any need for changing process operations, staffing, or the organization of the teams.
