Creating and Managing Audio Conferencing Policies

Creating and managing audio conferencing policies in Microsoft Teams allows you to specify who in your organization can send meeting invites that include toll-free numbers (which may incur costs for your organization) and choose the toll numbers they can use. Here is how to create and manage these policies:

1. Open the Microsoft Teams admin center by navigating to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Meetings and then Audio conferencing.
3. Select Add to create a new policy. Provide a name and description for the policy to identify its purpose.
4. Toggle Include toll-free numbers in meeting invites created by users of this policy on or off.
5. Add any toll numbers you wish to make available to this policy’s assigned users (optional), and then select Save.
