Monitoring the solution
Each component product in a B2C solution architecture provides dedicated tools for monitoring performance, integrations, errors, and other aspects of the implementation.
In the Salesforce Platform, there are dedicated tools such as Setup Audit Trail, Apex Exception Email, API Usage Notifications, and Lightning Usage App reports available to monitor your solution. In B2C Commerce, there are dedicated log files for a variety of use cases, including error handling, integration monitoring, and platform usage concerns. You can also configure B2C Commerce to automatically notify an email address for job failures, quota violations, and replication issues. Marketing Cloud provides Alert Manager, which can be configured to alert users of errors or critical events in your marketing automation.
