The Scrum Master is a true leader who serves the Scrum Team and the larger organization. In the previous chapter, we saw how the Scrum Master can help the Developers become a self-managed, cross-functional group that produces Done product Increments. The Scrum Master must also support the Product Owner by coaching and mentoring them on the Scrum framework and best practices, so that the Product Owner can maximize the work done by the Developers. In this chapter, we will examine how the Scrum Master can advise and support the Product Owner to maximize the value of the product through the work of the Scrum Team. • How to manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate feedback...
