Summary

OpsWorks is a great solution when we require full control of our environments at all times. OpsWorks is fully compatible with Chef Automate cookbooks and recipes and Puppet Enterprise manifests and modules. The solution is fully managed, but also supports full customization as we are able to configure each and every aspect of the service to get the most out of the product. In this chapter, we have taken a look at the structure of the OpsWorks system and learned a bit about what each functional component of OpsWorks represents. The next chapter mainly deals with the tips and tricks we can use to prepare and pass the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate exam.
