Deploying Our Application on AWS

In a lot of tutorials and educational materials, deployment is rarely covered. This is because there are a lot of moving parts, and the process can be fairly brittle. It may be more convenient to refer to other resources when mentioning deployment.

In this chapter, we will cover enough to automate deployment on a server on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and then build and connect to a database from there. It must be stressed that deployment and cloud computing are big topics—there are whole books written on them.
