Working with the report's header and footer template
Many companies have their own many format style. Service-Now can generate reports in Excel, PDF, JPEG, and PNG formats. Header and footer templates are useful when you want to download or schedule in PDF format and you can't enforce header and footer template features in other formats. In this recipe, you will learn to work with the report's header and footer template.
Getting ready
For this recipe, you need an active Service-Now instance and valid credentials and an admin role.
How to do it...
Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
Type the instance web address in the address bar.
Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
In the search box, type
reportsand under Report application, click on Header Footer Templates module:
