In this chapter, you learned about the difference between commitment and support, understanding which stakeholders need to be committed and which ones you need support from. It is extremely important to recognize that in any major effort, commitment across the management chain is absolutely essential for success. Likewise, having the support of all the stakeholders will significantly improve the potential for success of any initiative, large or small and anywhere in between.
