How to present our Power Virtual Agent
OK, so coming right after the discussion about UX and graphics design, this section does not focus on any of those topics. Those should be discussed with your organization experts and decided based on your organization's needs and standards. There is no one template fits all scenario here.
Rather than focusing on the visual aspect, I want to look at how we introduce our agent into a page. We are not going to look at visual presentation, or animations, or UX. Instead, we will only look at the plumbing needed to have the agent available on our website.
The current bot editor interface also guides us through this process. It is an almost no-code experience. Fine, we need to copy a snippet of code from one place to another, but really, we're not creating anything in code. No coding experience is necessary.
