Monitoring and managing printers

In addition to monitoring key system components, Windows 10 also provides tools that enable you to monitor and manage printers either connected directly to your Windows 10 device or on your LAN. Such an MMC console can be found within the Administrative Tools of Windows 10 Pro, Education, and Enterprise editions. Print Management (see Figure 12.18) MMC is a single console that enables you to add printers and drivers, share printers, and manage the printers' properties.

Managing printers with Print Management

To manage printers in your Windows 10 computer using Print Management, complete the following steps:
