Summary

This chapter provided various legal and privacy aspects for DFIR teams to consider prior to embarking upon a forensic investigation of a case where the cloud may be involved. A basic understanding of legal requirements will certainly help DFIR teams in making sure all the incident response sets adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
