Exposing smart contracts using the REST proxy

Any active smart contract, or chaincode, can be exposed to external applications using the REST proxy that is part of OBCS. The only thing that you need to do is to enable the chaincode that you want to expose in the REST proxy configuration. This can be done using two methods: the Quick method or the Advanced method.
