Every process that is automated is an existing well-established process. As the process is already in use, it is already connected with data sources and other types of information that can be the bread and butter of the organization. Having a bot controlling those aspects on which the livelihood of the company is dependent directly or indirectly is a bit scary. How do we overcome this fear?
