Scaling of the Web Player infrastructure is achieved by employing intelligent scheduling and routing rules. The rules route users to the most appropriate instance to service their requests. Scheduling and routing rules are configured via the scheduling and routing part of Spotfire's Administration Console (this is accessible via http(s)://spotfireserver/spotfire, where spotfireserver is the name of your Spotfire Server):
