Automation offers the potential to lower operational costs while limiting human error and improving response times. However, not everything can be automated, and many organizations lack the processes necessary to identify automation opportunities. Too often, teams focus on solving large, complex problems rather than automating the mundane, repetitive tasks that are not only easier to automate, but also the most taxing on skilled resources.
