If you have a Commercial Fusion 360 license, in order to conduct a shape optimization study, you will also need access to the Simulation extension (https://www.autodesk.com/products/Fusion-360/simulation-extension), or you can use Autodesk Flex tokens to solve shape optimization studies (https://www.autodesk.com/benefits/flex).
