What apps should I use with Xero?
We’ve talked about efficiency and preventing data entry errors (which is why we use apps) and how to connect apps, but now we are going to talk about some of my favorite apps. I did mention I am a recovering appaholic?
Let’s look at the foundational apps first. They are apps that help you take a sales lead through your sales process and make them a client. The list of foundational apps also includes the apps you use across every client in your practice.
So, my foundational tech stack starts with my website and the forms used to collect data from the prospective lead. This then connects the lead and adds them to my CRM. I have used Hubspot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics, all of which connect to the lead capture forms on my website. We connect these apps with Zapier, a no-code tool designed to connect apps that do not have a native API connection. Zapier is used through the workflow when there are no direct connections.
