Things you should know about psychology in UX


Let's say that we launched a product and people are starting to use it. However, we soon note that, instead of an increase in the use of our products, users are rejecting our product.

Based on recent research and studies, it is noted that around 35% of the users abandon the app after their first use. As time goes by, this number increases. Based on the studies performed by companies such as Localytics, Google, and Marketingland, it is reported that only roughly 40% of the users return to use the app more than 10 times.
